Policies and Procedures related to MLS Listings for

Click Your Mouse Sell Your House

  • Once Click Your Mouse Sell Your House has received your payment for a package that includes an MLS + Realtor.com® listing, you will need to fill out the paperwork located in your online Click Your Mouse Sell Your House account and return it to us immediately so that it may be submitted on the MLS.  Your property will be listed on the MLS within 48 business hours after ALL of your MLS paperwork has been received.  We do not list properties on the MLS with incomplete documents.
  • Your supplies ordered directly from Click Your Mouse Sell Your House will be shipped within 24-48 hours to the address given for shipment after your payment has been received.

  • We DO NOT list properties on the MLS over the weekend. Cutoff time for the weekend is 5:00 PM on Thursday.
     
  • BE ADVISED: Agents will have access to your property information immediately when submitted to the MLS.  REALTOR.com® and other websites may take several days to get your information from the MLS system. We do not guarantee immediate posting of your MLS information on REALTOR.com® or any other website. It often takes several days for REALTOR.com® to obtain and display both the data and the photos.
     
  • We allow you to change the price of your property as often as you wish.  
    There is a price change form located in your online Click Your Mouse Sell Your House account.  Return it to us immediately so that the changes may be made on the MLS.  Any changes in your selling price that you make through your Click Your Mouse Sell Your House account will not reflect on the MLS until we have received your paperwork and have submitted those changes.

  • MLS 'Public Remarks' Descriptions may be changed no more than once a month and must be emailed to us at info@ClickYourMouseSellYourHouse.com.  Refer to your property address in the subject line of the email.

    You MUST notify us when your property goes 
    "UNDER CONTRACT" or is "SOLD" within 24 hours of the acceptance date.  
    If NOT, you will be charged a processing fee of $50 for each FAILED occurrence .  
    Fax a copy of the signed contract to 
    254-296-0440.  
    We will send an email to your address you used in your account set-up to confirm that we have received your documents for both instances of 
    "UNDER CONTRACT" and "SOLD".
